Oats support our gut to not leak and leave us satisfied. Turmeric and flaxseeds are both powerful anti inflammatory and antioxidants that support our bodies wellbeing.

1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp baking powder
pinch sea salt
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp flaxseed
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth
Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes so the flaxseed will bind the mix
In a hot non-stick pan add a big spoon of mix and spread into a circle. Flip when the surface is set and small holes appear.
Serve them warm with lemon juice & fresh fruits
1/2 cup oats
1+1/2 cup water
1 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp dried fruit
2 tbsp nuts & seeds
Easy Overnight Oats
Mix all ingredients together and leave overnight. Step 2:
Stir before eating to make creamy
The body loves variety.
Add fresh or dried fruit, spices, nuts, seeds & nut butters.
Flavour ideas– Cinnamon & grated apple. Fresh Ginger & Apricot. Cocoa & Peanut Butter.
