I am delighted to be partnered with Somerset Skills & Learning
SS&L offer adult education and lifelong learning. Eat For Health began as a partner with SS&L in 2021 to offer health and wellbeing workshops and courses to support empowered mental and physical wellness in Somerset.
All the programs offered are free to anyone over the age of 19 who live in Somerset. (Some of the sign up pages state that there is a threshold income of £20,000 but this is an admin error soon to be fixed!)
Each workshop will deepen your understanding of the body whilst giving you realistic and enjoyable tools for supporting physical and mental health.
One of the wonderful things about these workshops is that they are each tailored to the small group that you’ll be part of so we can get bespoke support along with a Q&A at the end.
You are welcome to join for as many workshops as you are interested in, each workshop has at least two different dates scheduled so you will be able to find something to suit your schedule. All you need is curiosity and access to Zoom to join together online.
So, which will you be joining?
Visit sslcourses.co.uk and search “Eat For Health” to see all the workshops.
