You are invited to join me for this 4 week introduction into Qigong, a practice with profound benefits, accessible to everyone.
I’m really excited to be sharing the first online Harmony Within, Qigong introduction course from March 19th.

Each week we will gain a new tool to that will give you a daily resource to support you in your life.
To join the course, all you need is access to Zoom and a space where you can stand/sit with enough room to raise your arms around you and over your head. This movement during the course can be adjusted to meet a full range of physical abilities to suit sitting, standing and lying postures.
