Turmeric Chia Porridge

Ingredients

per person

1 Handful of oats
10g Ground Chia seeds
40g Ground tiger nuts
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp turmeric,
Small pinch of black pepper,
2 drops vanilla paste
3 chopped dates
Hot water

Toppings
1 Handful of blueberries
1 chopped date
1 drop vanilla paste
A few almonds and pumpkin seeds.

Delicious and nutritious

Porridge to start the day is great, this porridge is so nourishing thanks to the nuts, seeds and spices. Its like pudding for breakfast. You’re welcome body.

Nutritious and delicious without compromise.

Step 1:
Put all the ingredients (accept the toppings) into a pan, and heat for 3 or 4 minutes, until hot and at a consistency that you like for porridge, add a little more water if you want to.

Step 2
To make the topping, warm the blueberries, a tablespoon of water, a drop of vanilla bean paste and 1 date in a pan. Simmer gently until the blueberries get plump and juicy.

Step 3
Pop the chia porridge in a bowl, pour on the warmed blueberries and sprinkle with nuts and seeds of your choice. Enjoy!
