Turmeric Latte

5 minutes, serves 1

Ingredients

per cup

1 cup of plant milk

Turmeric either: 1tbsp of fresh
or 1/4tsp of dried

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ginger poweder

1/4 tsp black pepper

4 dates

Delicious and nutritious

An old Indian recipe, traditionally called Golden Milk. This drink is soothing, creamy and so good for you.

Nutritious and delicious without compromise.

Step 1:
If you’re using fresh turmeric root grate the root on the smallest section of the grater. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute.

Step 2:
Gently heat the blended golden milk over a medium temperature until warmed through to allow spices to infuse.

Step 3:
Pour through a thin sieve into your favourite mug and enjoy.
